At Cobblestone Master Builder we continue to care for your home long after you have moved in.
Every home we build is protected by a one year Workmanship and Materials Warranty, beginning from the date of possession. Should you have any concerns about your house, contacting us is a simple as a phone call away! No forms to fill out, no complicated procedures to follow. When you deal with a smaller company like ours you can expect to talk directly with one of the principals every time you call. Before the warranty expires, we will make an appointment to visit the home to conduct a comprehensive re-inspection and then arrange for any repairs or adjustments to be completed at your convenience.
Every Cobblestone home is also protected for five years after the possession date by a Structural Integrity Warranty covering the unlikely event that repairs relating to major structural defects may be required.
Our obligations under these warranties are backed by the Alberta New Home Warranty Program – the largest and most respected warranty provider in the province – and are just a part of the complete protection package provided by the Warranty Program.
