It is with great pleasure that we provide this reference for Cobblestone Development Corporation. We met Les Soprovich and Steve Boyle at this time last year. We had a good idea of what we wanted in a new home but were hesitant as we had previously been through the process of building a new home and had a very negative experience. Due to that negative experience we were very cautious and took a great deal of time picking a developer that we had complete confidence and trust in dealing with. Due to our complete satisfaction with Cobblestone Developments I can write this reference letter in the highest regard.

Steve and Les had the skills, abilities and attitude that were necessary for us in our new venture. As customers we felt well taken care of and had a wonderful working relationship with them. They addressed all our concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. Both Les and Steve had extensive knowledge about all the questions that we had and their experience as competent builders was very evident. They were courteous, honest, and forthright about every concern and helped us through our many decisions in what can sometimes be a trying and stressful process. They made it very easy for us to relax. We can honestly say that we did not worry at all about the building of our new home. Les and Steve handled everything. We definitely made the right choice when we bought a new home from them.

Cobblestone is a business that takes great pride in their work and every detail. Not only were we very happy with our new home but we felt that our needs and concerns were met at each stage of the construction. They were able to generate ideas with us, construct and implement plans, and follow through each task to the finish, always consulting us and making sure we were happy with the end product. They were concerned about every little detail so that we would be pleased with the final construction. Sometimes we needed guidance with some of the decisions that needed to be made, both Les and Steve offered us many ideas and helped us make appropriate choices. They were very open to our ideas and accommodated all of our choices.

We feel fortunate to have had our home built by such competent and conscientious builders. We look forward to having them back to develop the basement. They have built us a beautiful home that we are very proud of and we would not hesitate to recommend Cobblestone Developments to anyone who is considering building a new home.
