To Whom It May Concern,

After two long years of looking for our homebuilder we found Cobblestone Developments, but we didn’t like the commute from their development in Devon, Alberta. What we wanted was one of their homes on our existing lot in the neighborhood of Ritchie in Edmonton, Alberta. Les and Steve responded with a “no problem”.

That’s exactly what we got…no problems. They worked around our financial hiccups, our request for a post millennium start date of February 1st, and had us in our home ahead of schedule. Les and Steve looked after everything from demolition to the lawyers. Not once did we get “rolled eyes” from the numerous changes we made to our home’s interior. Even after Les and Steve completed our house they have made themselves available any time we have had to ask them questions, regarding basement development. They are always happy to help.

Our neighbors were not put out at all. Our neighbor to the west of us made a point of coming to tell us that not once did she find destruction or construction material in her yard, and all of our neighbors have said that not once were they put out by construction noise or vehicles.

We now have our dream house in our favorite neighborhood, we can’t thank Les and Steve enough for the headache-free process this was.
