As a first-time homebuyer, stress levels and anxiety were high - I was terrified of making wrong decisions. I found the builder very helpful through all phases of the building process - given thorough explanations of what was going on, and tirelessly answering all my questions. They were very flexible with making adjustments to the home that I had chosen, and always demonstrated high standards in workmanship. I was even in my home earlier than the date promised. There was no high-pressure sales, or hidden costs in the price of the home. It was simply quality construciotn of lovely homes, with affordability.

I have already recommended Cobblestone to friends, and would not hesitate to build with them again. Many thanks to Les Soprovich and Steve Boyle for making my first home buying experience such an enjoyable one.
