We were pleased to see in the weekend paper that Cobblestone Master Builder has won the SAM Customer Choice Award for Single Family Small Volume Builder again!!! We feel this is well deserved, and reflects your commitment to assuring that everyone from suppliers and subtrades to home purchaser is treated with respect, honesty and integrity.

Having heard countless horror stories, we were skeptical of finding a contractor we could be comfortable with. We certainly did with Cobblestone and have never regretted our choice. Your attention to accuracy and clarity from the initial discussions of costs, through the contract, extras, and on to completion was not compromised. You delivered the product you said you would at exactly the agreed cost. We would definitely recommend Cobblestone as a home builder, especially to those who may be skeptical and have fears about dealing with a "contractor".

We are very proud of our new home and look forward to the completion of the weather deferred items after spring thaw so we can get on with fencing, landscaping and the deck. We have had coffee with the neighbors and anticipate working with them together on fencing and landscaping.
