To Everyone at Cobblestone Master Builder Inc.

It has now been a year since we took possession of our new home. We would like to thank your entire team for the excellent care, attention, and service we have received. We have found everyone at Cobblestone extremely approachable throughout the entire process with any questions or concerns, no matter the size. Any time we have had a concern it was dealt with quickly and in the best interest of us, and our home. Even when we had questions that were not your responsibility, like final grading and landscaping, we were provide with help.

These are some of the things we feel that you have done above and beyond the other builders:

When we needed a little more help securing our mortgage, Les had a representative contact us within a day. Philippa and Teresa were always friendly and patient with our many visits to the show home during the construction process. During the first major rain storm, Steve came to all of the Cobblestone homes in our cul-de-sac to ensure that the drain spouts were down and the called us to make sure the sump pump was in working order. When our tub had a leak, at 8:30 PM on a weekend night, Kevin made frequent checkups on our home to make sure everything was still in proper order. When our year-end warranty check came this past week, it only took two days before we had trades at our house and calling to set up appointments to get the last few things done.

We have really felt that you truly care about your product and your customers. It is very evident that everyone at Cobblestone feels that you are not just building houses, you are building families their homes. Everyone that we know who has built a new home in the past two years are very surprised when they hear the process Cobblestone uses when they build. They comment on how lucky we are and wish that their builders were more concerned with their customers. Even when we visited all of the trades to make our selections for our new home, they commented on how lucky we were to have selected Cobblestone.

If we were to build again, and we could not be surer of this, we would not consider building with anyone but Cobblestone.
