Power Circle Ratings
In the fall of each year, J.D. Power and Associates releases the results of its annual New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study which compiles survey information from new home buyers to evaluate home builders in eight distinct categories – home readiness, service/warranty staff, sales process/staff, construction/site team, workmanship/materials, price/value, physical design, and the design process. The rankings of all builders are presented in the form of Power Circle Ratings which are available to the public on the Website of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Cobblestone Master Builder has achieved the highest possible rating of five out of five power circles in all eight categories, and was named Highest Ranked among Edmonton's non-production builders in 2008 (building fewer than 100 homes per year), reinforcing its claim of being "among the best" in the industry.
