Les SoprovichPresident
Les is passionate about his chosen profession and works tirelessly to ensure that his customers' needs are fully satisfied. Since founding the company in 1975 he has been responsible for the overall operation and direction of the company. Les is an excellent listener who enjoys working face to face with every customer, beginning with the design of their home and continuing on through the entire construction process. His personal attention to detail is second to none. On any given day he can be found visiting the construction sites, meeting with customers, and gently guiding the process. A third generation builder, Les added to his practical on-the-job training by completing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Alberta. Les is married, has two adult children, and enjoys golf, skiing and travel.
Steve BoyleVice President
Steve has held senior positions with several home building companies during the past thirty years. Since joining Cobblestone more than a decade ago, he has overseen every aspect of the construction process, often serving as site superintendant. Steve spends time on every jobsite every day, personally directing all subtrades and construction staff, and ensuring that strict quality standards are maintained. Post completion warranty work is also coordinated under his supervision. In this way one of the principals of the company is always the first point of contact for our customers. Adding to his vast experience, Steve completed an extensive training program in 2004 resulting in him being awarded the prestigious Master Builder status. Steve is married, has three adult children, and enjoys golf, travel and his puppy.
