We will sit down personally with you to discuss the design of your new home and the unique features that will make it your own. We Listen! But we also offer suggestions that you may not have thought of and help ensure that no detail is missed.
The personal attention doesn't end there. Instead of having you make your design choices from a short list of preset "packages", we send you to an interior designer to help you make selections that fit both your lifestyle and budget. You will meet directly with our kitchen designer, flooring expert, lighting consultant and appliance supplier, right in their own showrooms. The widest possible range of product selections and the latest colours will be right at your fingertips, along with some helpful advice. We will not eliminate alternative products or colour options just because it's easier for us.
