Awards
Each year the Alberta New Home Warranty Program conducts a comprehensive survey of new home buyers to measure their satisfaction with the new home buying process and determine which builders have earned the distinction of Highest Ranked in their volume and location categories. The awards that go with this honour are among the most highly regarded in our industry because the recipients are chosen not by a panel of judges, but by you, the home buyer!
Cobblestone Master Builder is proud to have received the New-Home Buyers' Choice Award™ in 2008, its inaugural year, and again in 2010/2011 in recognitition of being the Highest Ranked among small volume builders (fewer than 100 homes per year) in the Edmonton Region. This result is based on the Alberta New-Home Buyers Satisfaction Study, the details of which can be found at Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
Cobblestone Master Builder is also proud to have received the Customer Choice Award - five times! Until 2007, the Customer Choice Awards were presented annually by the Alberta New Home Warranty Program in the Edmonton Region to the top builder in each volume category. For eight consecutive years, from 2000 through 2007, the company was ranked in either first or second place in the small volume category. In 2004 it also received the Customer Choice Award at the Provincial level in the mid-volume category. These achievements give us an incredible feeling of satisfaction knowing that we have been consistently successful in our efforts to serve our customers.
